Childcare Facilities: Number & 4 Star
York County still lags behind Pennsylvania in the number of certified childcare facilities per 1,000 children under 5. While Pennsylvania has increased its percent of Star 4 facilities, York County’s percent of Star 4 facilities is half of what it was in 2010.
