Idle Youth Ages 16-19

York County experienced a significant decrease in idle youths ages 16-19 in 2015. The current rate of 2.9% is the lowest rate of idle youths in the last decade.

Note: Idle youths are defined as those who are not enrolled in school and classified as unemployed or "not in labor force."
